30-Day Returns (Rolled Prints Only)

We accept returns on rolled prints within 30 days of delivery.

Framed paper prints are not eligible.

To start a return, email jacquiepatton.fineart@gmail.com before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Your print must be in the same condition you received it.

• Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.

A refund will be issued once the print is received and passes inspection.

Damages or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact jacquiepatton.fineart@gmail.com right away so I can make it right.

For a different item, please contact jacquiepatton.fineart@gmail.com and arrange a return your item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
